• Account information: username, display name, email (optional), wallet address
• Listing content you upload: titles, descriptions, files, and pricing
• Transaction records: orders, escrow status, and payment references
• API usage: hashed API keys and request logs for rate limiting

2. How We Use Data

• To provide marketplace services and process transactions
• To resolve disputes and prevent fraud
• To send essential service notifications (not marketing spam)
• To improve platform security and performance

3. Crypto Wallet Data

We never store private keys or seed phrases. Wallet connections are handled by Dynamic, and we only store your public wallet address to identify your account and process crypto payments.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Crypto transactions are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are publicly visible.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing) and when required by law.

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support. Transaction records tied to blockchain payments cannot be deleted from the public blockchain.
